Special Next Day Delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to reach the customer by 1pm the next working day (Mon-Friday only).
All Special Next Day Deliveries require a signature. If no one is home to sign for the item, Royal Mail should leave a card explaining where to collect your item or how to get the item redelivered.
